Introducing Seascape Lane House: A Contemporary Retreat in the Hamptons
139 Seascape Lane in the Hamptons boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic and Sagg Pond, and to fully embrace this natural beauty, Bates + Masi Architects opted for a unique approach. Instead of a conventional single structure, they designed the home as three two-story buildings.
The lower level of one building houses the kitchen and primary living area, seamlessly connected to the outdoors through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Step outside onto two decks, an outdoor kitchen, and a refreshing pool. Above, you’ll find the spacious primary bedroom, offering panoramic vistas.

Glass-enclosed hallways lead to two additional structures: one housing guest bedrooms and the other serving as a pool house. In total, the residence features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms. European white oak floors, Venetian plaster ceilings, and rough-cut German oak woodwork grace the interiors.
The exterior is clad in Alaskan cedar board siding, and the home is strategically elevated to combat potential flooding while maximising the awe-inspiring views. Discover modern luxury harmonising with nature at Seascape Lane House.
